By accessing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use this software.
LICENSE AGREEMENT: This software, its databases, and the accompanying content, hereinafter called "The Software", are licensed for the exclusive use of the End-User. The Software (including any images, photographs, and text incorporated into The Software) is owned by WORDsearch or its suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions and, except as provided below, can not be copied or otherwise made available to more than one person at a time without violation of the law. Giving or otherwise transferring all of your rights to The Software to someone else will not violate copyright law, if you give all of the software and documentation (including this license) to that person. Except as provided below, you will not make, have made, or permit to be made any copies of the documentation, the Software, or any portions thereof. You are not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble The Software or create derivative works based on The Software.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In no event shall WORDsearch or its
suppliers be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever
(including without limitation, damages for loss of data or time) arising out of
the use or the inability to use this product. Some states or jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so
the above statement may not apply to you. If any provision or provisions of this
agreement are held unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in
force.
COPY ALLOWANCE: If you did not receive The Software via a compact disc (CD),
you may not copy or distribute The Software, or any portion thereof, without the
written permission of the publishers. If you received The Software on a CD, you may
create a duplicate CD for the purpose of giving an exact copy to another person
so long as all of the following provisions are met: 1) The CD must be
copied in its entirety to create the duplicate. 2) There must be no changes,
additions, or deletions in the content of the duplicate CD from that of the
original CD. 3) The face of the duplicate CD, the package in which it is
distributed, and any material which accompanies it must represent the purpose of
the original CD as it was described in the form in which you received it. 4)
The duplicate CD must be given away without cost or obligation. 5) The
duplicate CD must not be bundled with another product, service, solicitation, or
offer.
